Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan collects up to 50 reviews a month with the review widget and SEO rich snippets — no time limit, no card required.
Will it slow down my store?
No. Widgets are lightweight theme app blocks, and photos and videos are served from Shopify's own CDN.
Can I import reviews from another app?
Yes. On Pro and above you can import a CSV export, and imported reviews don't count toward your monthly limit.
Which languages are supported?
The storefront widgets ship in English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Japanese and Arabic (right-to-left included). Premium can also translate individual reviews for your visitors.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
We follow Shopify's privacy rules: customer and shop data are deleted on request, as described in our privacy policy.
